A life surrendered to Christ — and a story that will change yours.

Pastor Catherine Y. Graham

Her Story

Called, Broken, and Redeemed

Catherine Y. Graham was born to Johnnie and Yvonne Graham on August 23, 1963 at Bethesda Navy Hospital located in Bethesda, MD. Pastor Graham has four siblings: Johnnie Graham III, Cheryl Conyers, Tisha Graham, and Rayness Hopkins. She has one daughter Shonta Graham, and two granddaughters, Cylence Arrington, and D'ior TaeShawn Woodard. Pastor Graham began her education in the DC public school system, but after her family relocated to Maryland in the mid-1970s she completed her formal education in Maryland; graduating from Fairmont Heights Senior High School, Seat Pleasant, MD in 1981.

At an early age, her family began attending Metrotone Baptist Church in Washington DC until the late 1990s. While she attended Sunday School every week; it wasn't until one Sunday afternoon when First Lady Thomasine Graham asked her if she was saved and had a relationship with Christ that Pastor Graham's life would spiritually begin to change. The response to the question was "no, I don't." First Lady Graham took time to talk about Jesus Christ and explained what "being saved" meant. Pastor Graham received Jesus Christ as her Lord and personal Savior that day, in 1993.

While she did receive Christ; she continued to live the life of a "backslider" before returning to Christ in 2007. Pastor Graham struggled with a crack cocaine addiction for 25 years and was in and out of jail half of her adult life for various offenses. She always knew that she had a calling on her life; but kept running from it.

Once she renewed her relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, she was installed as an Evangelist at Greater Outreach Deliverance Ministry. She was installed as Senior Pastor at Household of Faith Deliverance Ministry in Baltimore, Maryland in 2009. She held this position for five years. She founded and became Overseer of the Mighty Women of God Outreach Deliverance Ministry in 2010. She is a member of the Pastor Strengthen Pastor Organization as well as the Church Women of Purpose Ministry; both of which she continues to be a part of to this day.

In April of 2021, the Holy Spirit led Pastor Graham to rename the Mighty Women of God Outreach Deliverance Ministry to Women at the Well International Deliverance Ministry (WWID) to reflect the current spiritual mandate and vision of the ministry. WWID will continue to host events designed to build up, strengthen and empower women in their walk as believers in Jesus Christ.

Early in her walk and obedience to living a life in Christ, the Holy Spirit gave Pastor Graham the following foundational scripture that governs her walk and way of life to this day:

"Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it."

1 Thessalonians 5:24

"God doesn't just save us — He remakes us. Every scar becomes a sermon."
